I do hereby give the Photographer and the Photographer's employees, agents and contractors permission to take photographs of or including the Child described in this release. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I do hereby give the Photographer and the Photographers heirs, legal representatives, and assigns the irrevocable, perpetual, world-wide right to license the Photographs taken as part of the photographic session or sessions described in this release in any media (including among others digital, electronic, print, television and film) and for any purpose (including among others advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service but excluding pornographic or defamatory). I agree that the Content may be cropped, altered or modified. I agree that the Content may be incorporated with other content (including among others images, text, graphics, film, audio, audio-visual works) and I waive any right to inspect or approve such use of the Content.

 

 I on behalf of myself and on behalf of the child described in this release hereby release and discharge the Photographer, its Personnel and Assigns from any and all actions, proceedings, claims, suits or demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the Content. I acknowledge and agree that the Child and I will have no further right to additional consideration or accounting, and that I will make no further claim for the same. I grant the Photographer the right to capture the Child's and my details electronically, (including digital signature). To the extent permitted by law I agree that the Child's and my personal information may be collected, stored, accessed and used by the Photographer or the Photographer's Assigns in connection with the use or licensing of the Content. I acknowledge that the Child's and my personal information may be transferred to countries with different data protection and privacy laws. I represent and warrant that I am at least 18 years of age and I have the full capacity to enter into this release. Further, I warrant that the Child is under the age of 18, I am the legal guardian of the

Child, I am fully authorized to enter into this Release on my behalf and on behalf of the Child, that no other person is required to authorize or consent to the entry into this release on behalf of the Child. I acknowledge and agree that the Photographer may assign any or all of the rights or obligations of the Photographer under this release to any other person without my consent.
